My name is José Fernández, and I’m a lawyer based in Chile. I was born in Costa Rica to a Chilean mother and a Spanish father, and I consider myself both a Spaniard (and a Asturian) and a Chilean, embracing my roots in both cultures.
In my legal practice, I specialize in labor and in corporate law, representing companies across a variety of economic sectors. I’m committed to supporting businesses in creating fair, respectful workplaces while navigating the complexities of labor regulations.
But that’s not what this page is about. Here, you’ll find a collection of projects — some completed, others still in progress — trying to reflect another side of me, showing my interests beyond the legal field.
